Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Carson City is an Entitlement Community under the federal CDBG program. As such, Carson City receives an annual allocation of funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to distribute to non-profit organizations and government agencies for qualifying public service and capital improvement projects.
